"I have been photographing children for over 10 years here on the Gold Coast and I work hard to ensure a happy, easy experience for each child, parent and staff member, resulting in a beautiful image of every little person that I meet.

Why do I have to "pre-order"?
Pre-ordering your photos makes the process more efficient in a number of ways:
The shoot runs smoothly as the photographer knows who to photograph each day;
Your receive your order promptly, with delivery 3 weeks after the shoot ends:
Centre staff are not spending time with photo orders after the shoot and can concentrate on your child's care.
What is your refund policy?
At Kindy Pics we do everything to ensure that you are delighted with your photos, but we do also offer a full refund in the event that you are not happy with your order. Simply drop us an email to let us know why you are not satisfied, and then return your prints to your child's centre.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, direct deposit, PayPal and credit card payments.
How long will it be until my order arrives?
Orders are delivered to the centre 4 weeks after the end of the shoot. If you have also ordered a digital copy of your child's photo it will be emailed to the address on your order.
